WELCOME TO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME:
I am beyond excited to welcome you to my dream space, The Fabflex Studio where I have dedicated myself to help and inspire women. I discovered a deep passion for mindful movement at the age of 18 and as a young mother of 2 beautiful children this really helped me to navigate through life’s challenges as a new mom. Fast forward a few years later I enrolled myself into my first yoga teacher training where I deepened my anatomy and movement knowledge and then went ahead and took a diploma in Professional Pilates Instruction. A year later we opened the doors to Fabflex first in my living room and then our very own studio in Kamwala. From day one I started to feel an instant connection to helping people find connection to their body both mentally and physically, hearing their incredible stories of how my classes have literally changed their lives. And this is our core factor at The Fabflex Studio.
Our beautifully designed studio is clean and inviting with cosy little spots all around the studio for those pre and post Pilates and tea chats. Our studio is located in the heart of Kamwala making it accessible for everyone around town. We are fitted with well maintained industry leading group and studio apparatus making it a safe and pleasurable experience.
Our wooden flooring throughout our studio not only adds to the beautiful aesthetics but also serves us to maintain high hygiene standards.
Sanitiser stations are positioned throughout and we encourage our Fabulous Family to adhere to all studio policies and hygiene practices to keep our studio a safe and welcoming space for all.
Every detail of our studio reflects our passion and care for our clients, from neatly arranged props and pristine bathroom facilities to the soothing scent of lit candles and our organic diffusing oils filling the space.

While the core principles of traditional Pilates remain at the heart of our practice, we embrace modern advancements to ensure our clients benefit from the most effective training methods.
Every class is thoughtfully designed with purpose, no movement is wasted. With expert instruction, small group sessions, and a focus on posture, flexibility, function, and technique, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and energized.
