This is our entry or beginner level reformer
class.
This is a great class to start your Reformer
Pilates journey or if you have been cleared by your medical
practitioner to return to exercise after an injury, or if you are
post or pre natal.
This class will teach you all the
basic exercises that you can expect in a reformer class. It is more
focused on our STOTT PILATES repertoire which gives you the best
kick start to your reformer pilates journey.
It focuses
on a lot of control which gives your body an overall stability,
strength and balance.
60 Minutes
Our level 2 or intermediate level class. This
class is all about building a strong, stable core! Using the
reformer, we focus on exercises that engage and challenge your
abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back. Expect precise
movements, controlled breathing, and targeted sequences designed to
enhance core strength and improve posture.
NOTE: First
complete x6 Reformer Foundations classes before booking into this
class.
60 Minutes
This is our level 3 or Advanced Reformer
Class. Push your limits with this full-body, strength-focused class.
Power Reformer is designed to build muscular endurance and challenge
your strength using the resistance of the reformer. With an emphasis
on controlled, powerful movements, this class will work your legs,
arms, and core, leaving you feeling strong and energized.
NOTE: You can only book this class if you have completed x6 of
Reformer foundations and X6 of Reformer Core classes.
60 Minutes
An energizing fusion of Reformer Pilates and
barre, this class combines strength, stability, and grace for a
full-body workout. Using the reformer for resistance and
barre-inspired movements for endurance, you’ll build core strength,
improve posture, and sculpt lean muscles. Expect a challenging yet
low-impact session that enhances flexibility, control, and
coordination.
45 Minutes
This is our beginner friendly mat Pilates
class to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and build body
awareness with fundamental Pilates exercises. This class focuses on
proper technique, alignment, and controlled movement, making it
ideal for beginners and those looking to refine their practice.
50 Minutes
Mat Fusion is a dynamic Pilates class that
blends traditional mat exercises with elements of functional
movement and strength training. This class focuses on core
stability, flexibility, and full-body strength while incorporating
diverse techniques to keep your workout fresh and engaging. Perfect
for all levels, Mat Fusion offers a balanced, energizing experience
and works your body in all planes of movement. Using Props such as:
Pilates Ball, Fitness Circle and Weights.
50 Minutes
This a Fabflex signature class that is a
fusion of yoga and mat pilates, which will give you that peace, calm
and relaxation that you are looking for. The yoga in class focuses
on deep breath work with movement and completely allows you to
destress and the mat pilates offers slow, controlled yet dynamic
exercises to strengthen and tone your muscles. We use eye pillows
with our organic scents at the end of the class to ensure everyone
gets a retreat vibe in studio.
Dive into our Mat Pilates class which comprises of our intermediate-advance Stott Pilates Mat repertoire. This class is a combination of Classical Mat Pilates and TotalBarre. Think very controlled movements with a fusion of Dance and Cardio to spark your movement practice!
Barre Sculpt is a dynamic fusion of Pilates and barre techniques designed to tone, strengthen, and sculpt your entire body. This class combines small, precise movements, light resistance, and bodyweight exercises to target every muscle group. You’ll improve posture, build lean muscle, and enhance flexibility while working through a mix of standing barre work and mat-based Pilates exercises. Suitable for all levels, this energizing class will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and confident.
A dynamic blend of Pilates, total barre, strength training and fascial movement. This full body workout will build strength, flexibilty and endurance.
These classes are a fusion of all the Pilates Apparatus created my
the legend Joseph Pilates. We are currently the only in Zambia that
offers all the offerings of Joseph Pilates with our state of the art
apparatus.
The Pilates Chair (or Wunda/Exo Chair) provides additional
challenges to stability, strength and control. They’re the perfect
addition to your current Pilates routine, or if you are looking to
spice up your workouts then this is the class to try! We are
currently the only studio in Zambia to offer this class.
Perfect
for: adding to your Pilates practice, and increasing your skills. If
you are brand new to Pilates we recommend you try our Beginner Chair
class first.
The Ladder Barrel is a Pilates apparatus designed to improve flexibility, strength, and control. It features a curved barrel paired with a ladder-like frame, allowing for deep stretches, core activation, and back extension exercises. Ideal for improving spinal mobility, hip flexibility, and balance, the Ladder Barrel supports a wide range of movements that enhance posture and overall body alignment.
Created by my first teacher herself this is a master pieces! The Springboard is a wall-mounted Pilates apparatus that uses adjustable springs to provide resistance for a variety of strength, stability, and flexibility exercises. It offers a full-body workout, focusing on core engagement, upper and lower body strength, and dynamic movement. Compact yet versatile, the Springboard is great for improving posture, balance, and control.
The Cadillac is a versatile Pilates apparatus featuring a raised mat with an overhead frame and adjustable springs, bars, and straps. It offers a wide range of exercises for strength, flexibility, and spinal mobility, from gentle rehabilitation work to advanced acrobatics. The Cadillac supports full-body conditioning, helping to improve posture, core stability, and overall control.
The Arc is a lightweight, curved Pilates apparatus designed to
support spinal mobility, core strengthening, and flexibility. It
helps improve posture by guiding the spine through extension and
articulation while providing support for abdominal and back
exercises. The Arc is often used to enhance mat workouts or
complement other Pilates equipment.
This class will focus on a 3D workout maintaining an interval training between the Wunda Chair, Reformer and the mat. This circuit will focus on strengthening the postural muscles and challenge the muscles with a combination of all the pilates apparatus.

Apparatus Circuit – Move through a dynamic circuit using the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and more. This full-body workout builds strength, flexibility, and control while keeping you engaged with varied exercises. Perfect for those who love variety and a challenge!
You will notice on our schedule or Reformer, Matwork & Chair
classes you will see some that (P) next to the name. This indicates
that the class is a ‘Pregnancy & Postnatal Friendly’ class. The
class itself is integrated, meaning anyone can join, but the class
will be programmed towards our pregnant clientele.
Private
Pilates sessions are the absolute ultimate in learning about your
body and movement specifically. Each individual is different, with
different medical histories, daily tasks and movement habits.
Working with your instructor you can really tailor the instruction
to benefit you individually. Private sessions are ideal for
developing your understanding, building on specific goals, improving
your Pilates practice and recovering post surgery or injury.
While
Private Pilates sessions are not compulsory at Fabflex Studio, we
are a strong advocate for them and where possible try to encourage
our members both long established and new to try a session or two
and see first hand the amazing benefits.
Sessions are by
appointment only and can be booked individually or as a duo, perfect
for partners, friends and family to workout together under the
guidance of the one instructor.
